Haloxyfop-P-methyl is a selective post-emergence herbicide applied via foliar spray to control annual and perennial gramineous weeds in broadleaf crop fields (such as soybean, cotton, peanut, rapeseed and vegetable fields) as well as in seedling and hedge planting scenarios.
Product efficacy
Haloxyfop-P-methyl, a systemic acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACCase) inhibitor, is rapidly absorbed by the roots and leaves of gramineous weeds, translocates to meristematic tissues, blocks fatty acid biosynthesis, inhibits cell division and growth, ultimately causing weeds to yellow and wilt to death, while being safe for broadleaf crops such as soybeans and cotton, as well as seedlings and hedges.
